  • Is yoga for me? I'm not very flexible!
    Yoga is the "practice of unifying the breath, mind and body". It isn't the "practice of flexibility". Everyone can achieve the benefits of yoga, whether you can touch your toes or not, and you can practice it within your limits. So I encourage you to let go of that misconception - you deserve to feel the benefits of yoga.
  • What restrictions are there on face-to-face lessons during COVID-19?
    Face-to-face yoga classes are permitted in England as long as you are abiding by social distancing regulations. For example, maintain at least two-metre spacing, no hands-on adjusting, bring your own yoga mat, temperature taken on arrival and proper sanitisation of the space before and after use.
  • What equipment do I need to start practicing yoga?
    All you need is comfortable clothing, an exercise/yoga mat (preferable but not essential), and that's it!
